Ben Michael Moran is the founding president of ARTA. With a dream team of executive leadership and founding members, ARTA was created to support the needs of the WNY theater proletariat.
Ben is a lifelong WNY theater practitioner. With roots in the holistic training of NYU’s Playwrights Horizons Theater School, he has always loved every aspect of theater creation, its necessity, and the extraordinary people that make it happen.

Artists are laborers serving an essential purpose in society and the human beings devoted to that purpose deserve support, advocacy, and standards. Individually, we can speak out against exploitation. Collectively, we can reject it from our industry altogether.
