An actor on more than 50 productions and a director of more than fifteen, Lucas is passionate about acting as a craft and as a way to make this world a more equitable, honest, caring place, and our souls more alive and openly connected. Theater should first be a community that cares for its own so that all of us together can tell our stories—funny, profane, redemptive, frightening, healing, prophetic. Theater is also where I want to grapple with questions of transcendence, justice, and what is eternal.
