Michelle Eisen is a Production Stage Manager with nearly two decades of experience in Buffalo theatre. She has worked most closely with the Irish Classical Theatre, with additional credits from the D’Youville Kavinoky Theatre, Shakespeare in Delaware Park, and several others. Michelle is also a veteran Starbucks barista and a national leader of Starbucks Workers United. She led a successful organizing drive at her store, which became the first unionized Starbucks in the United States, and which galvanized a movement of Starbucks workers. She facilitates the campaign's National Bargaining Committee, and she has testified on Capitol Hill before the House Education and Labor Committee.
