Sabrina Kahwaty is a Buffalo-based actor/director who has appeared on stage with Alleyway Theatre, Buffalo United Artists, Irish Classical Theatre Company, Road Less Traveled Productions, Theatre of Youth, Shakespeare in Delaware Park, Second Generation Theatre, MusicalFare Theatre, Ujima Theatre Company, and O’Connell and Company. She has directed for Bellissima Productions, Buffalo State University (first-ever production of TEACH by Donna Hoke), Niagara University Theatre, and the Buffalo Infringement Festival, where she directed and produced Donna Hoke’s The Way It Is in 2023; she has also assistant directed for Road Less Traveled and Starring Buffalo. In addition to professional theatrical gigs, Sabrina spent two years working with adults with developmental disabilities at People Inc.'s Arts Experience, a day habilitation program offering arts-based programming, and has worked as a teaching artist with Second Generation Theatre and Theatre of Youth. Sabrina was previously Executive Editor of Buffalo Spree magazine and is currently a digital content specialist in the Marketing & Communications Office at Buffalo State.
